SBS Management’s maintenance services are tailored to fit your association’s unique budgetary needs.
Services we provide to homeowner’s associations and condo associations.
General Maintenance
We’ll provide repairs, upkeep, and maintenance to structures such as gutters, downspouts, shingles, fences, potholes, among other building and ground maintenance.
Inspections
We’ll conduct monthly inspections of your association's common elements, non-compliances, and maintenance issues. We will also provide contractor work and follow-up to insure quality of work and contract fulfillment of any contractor work being completed.
Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Technicians
Our maintenance technicians are fully bonded and insured. And when contractors are needed, we’ll always ensure that they are licensed, bonded, and has liability and workers compensation insurance.
Handyman Services
Our handyman services include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, ceiling fan installation, garbage disposal installation, dryer vent cleaning, storm doors, and more.
Contractor Management
We’ll oversee the association’s hired contractors and review their job performance as well as their completed job and materials.
24/7 Emergency Maintenance
When emergencies arise during non business hours, owners can still reach us through our on-call emergency line 24/7.
Labor and Materials
Maintenance services can be provided on a time and material basis.
